Just4DJs LLC Website Usage Agreement

This Website Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Just4DJs LLC (“Just4DJs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the person accessing or using this website, services, downloads, previews, files, account features, vendor tools, or related materials (“User,” “you,” or “your”).

By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing, previewing, downloading, uploading, submitting, or otherwise using any content or service provided by Just4DJs LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website, create an account, purchase products, or download any files.

1. Purpose of the Service

Just4DJs LLC provides a private music editing and remix service intended for working performance DJs. The files made available through this website may include edits, remixes, transitions, mashups, re-drums, intros, outros, hype intros, partybreaks, mixes, and other DJ performance tools created by professional DJs, editors, remixers, and music producers.

Just4DJs LLC is intended for professional or working DJs and related music professionals only. By using this website, you acknowledge that the service is designed to support lawful DJ performance, preparation, organization, previewing, and related professional DJ use.

2. DJ Certification and Legal Use

By registering for an account, accessing the website, purchasing files, previewing files, or downloading any content, you certify and agree that:

1. You are a working DJ, performance DJ, mobile DJ, club DJ, radio DJ, event DJ, or otherwise use DJ edits and remixes in connection with live or recorded DJ performances.
2. You will use files obtained from Just4DJs LLC solely for DJ performance, preparation, preview, or related professional DJ purposes.
3. You will not sell, resell, share, trade, post, upload, distribute, leak, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise make available any files obtained from Just4DJs LLC to any third party.
4. Before purchasing, previewing, or downloading any edit, remix, mashup, transition, or other derivative work, you represent that you lawfully own, have licensed, or have otherwise legally obtained the original musical work or works contained within the edited or remixed composition.
5. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any file complies with the laws, rules, venue requirements, performance licensing requirements, platform rules, and copyright regulations applicable in your country, state, city, venue, broadcast platform, event, or performance setting.

3. Copyright, Performance Rights, and Venue Licensing

The resources on Just4DJs LLC are provided as DJ performance tools for working DJs and are intended for use only by Users who already lawfully own, license, or have legally obtained the original works contained within the edited or remixed compositions.

Where permissions, licenses, or rights are required, Users are responsible for ensuring their use is authorized and legally compliant. Files and resources made available through Just4DJs LLC are intended for lawful DJ performance use in connection with applicable permissions, rights, limitations, and licensing requirements, including usage and display definitions under the United States Copyright Code, Title 17, including but not limited to 17 U.S.C. §106(4), 17 U.S.C. §106(5), and 17 U.S.C. §114(b), where applicable.

Files are intended for use in performance environments operating under appropriate public performance licenses or other required licensing arrangements, including venues, events, broadcasts, or platforms operating under applicable licensing coverage such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or other relevant performing rights organizations.

Just4DJs LLC does not grant, represent, or warrant that any User has obtained all rights necessary for every possible use of any file. Just4DJs LLC does not grant public performance rights, broadcast rights, synchronization rights, mechanical rights, publishing rights, master recording rights, trademark rights, or any other rights not expressly stated in this Agreement. Users are solely responsible for determining what licenses, permissions, rights, or clearances may be required for their specific use.

4. Limited Access and Use Rights

When you purchase or download a file from Just4DJs LLC, you are granted limited access and use rights for your own DJ performance and preparation purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Your access and use rights do not allow you to:

1. Sell, resell, rent, license, sublicense, trade, gift, share, leak, or redistribute the file.
2. Upload the file to public file-sharing sites, cloud folders, DJ pools, social media pages, forums, messaging groups, peer-to-peer networks, or any other public or private distribution channel.
3. Claim ownership of the file, edit, remix, arrangement, title, product listing, metadata, or production.
4. Use the file in a way that violates copyright law, trademark law, contract rights, platform rules, venue rules, or applicable laws.
5. Use automated tools, bots, scraping tools, download managers, or any other method to mass-download, copy, index, scrape, extract, or archive files or data from the website.

Any violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund and may subject you to legal action.

5. No Redistribution

All files obtained from Just4DJs LLC are for the registered User’s own professional DJ use only.

You may not copy, share, transfer, sell, resell, redistribute, post, upload, email, stream, publish, trade, leak, or otherwise provide any file to another person, DJ, company, website, platform, group, service, or third party.

This restriction applies whether the file was purchased, downloaded for free, obtained through a promotion, received as a replacement, accessed through a vendor account, or obtained through any other method.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree not to share your account, login, password, downloads, or access privileges with any other person.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Just4DJs LLC as soon as possible.

Just4DJs LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that appears to be shared, misused, compromised, involved in suspicious download activity, involved in unauthorized redistribution, or used in violation of this Agreement.

7. Downloads and File Access

Download access may be limited by time, number of downloads, account status, product availability, technical limitations, payment status, security review, or administrative decision.

Just4DJs LLC is not responsible for files lost by the User after download. Users are responsible for backing up their own purchased files.

Just4DJs LLC may remove, replace, update, restrict, or discontinue access to any file or product at any time, including but not limited to cases involving copyright concerns, rights claims, technical problems, duplicate listings, inaccurate metadata, vendor removal, product correction, or administrative review.

8. Payments, Purchases, and Refunds

All purchases are for digital goods and services. Because digital files can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final unless otherwise required by law or approved by Just4DJs LLC in its sole discretion.

Refunds may be denied for reasons including, but not limited to:

1. User error.
2. Duplicate purchases not caused by a website error.
3. Failure to read product information.
4. Incompatibility with a User’s software, hardware, controller, DJ software, or equipment.
5. Change of mind after purchase or download.
6. Failure to understand the type of edit, remix, transition, or file being purchased.
7. Violation of this Agreement.

If a file is defective, incomplete, corrupted, missing, or unavailable due to a technical issue, Just4DJs LLC may, at its discretion, provide a replacement file, account credit, refund, or other reasonable solution.

9. User and Vendor Uploads

If you are permitted to upload, submit, sell, publish, or provide content through Just4DJs LLC, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the rights, licenses, permissions, or legal authority necessary to upload, submit, provide, or sell the submitted content.
2. Your upload does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, licensing, or other legal rights of any third party.
3. Your upload does not contain malware, viruses, harmful code, illegal material, deceptive content, or prohibited files.
4. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Termination may occur without refund.

23. No Endorsement

The mention of specific artists, songs, companies, venues, brands, products, platforms, labels, publishers, performing rights organizations, or services does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or recommendation by Just4DJs LLC unless expressly stated in writing.

Likewise, Just4DJs LLC is not endorsed by or affiliated with third-party artists, labels, publishers, performing rights organizations, platforms, companies, or copyright holders unless expressly stated in writing.

You may not use links to Just4DJs LLC, its website, name, logo, or content in a misleading, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, commercial, spam-related, or unauthorized promotional manner.

Just4DJs LLC reserves the right to request removal of any link, reference, or use of its name or branding.

25. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Just4DJs LLC is organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, the website, account access, purchases, downloads, uploads, vendor activity, or services shall be handled in the appropriate courts or legal forums serving that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

26. Entire Agreement
